By accessing or using LifeRules, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of LifeRules after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use LifeRules to:

• Store, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service.
• Use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality, including automated scraping or abuse of APIs.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create within LifeRules, including your life rules, descriptions, and any associated metadata. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Our platform: The LifeRules service, including its design, code, branding, and all original content, is owned by LifeRules and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

We strive to keep LifeRules available and running smoothly at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided on a “best effort” basis.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any planned downtime in advance.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a manner that harms other users or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases requiring immediate response.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeRules and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
